A Time Out

Last night after dinner I was feeling VERY tired and just didn’t have the patience needed to be around Little Dude and Butter Bean. My very sweet husband said to me, “It’s okay to take a time out”.

I wasn’t going to turn down that offer.

I told the kids “Mommy needs a time out” and went upstairs to my bedroom. I turned on the TV and promptly fell asleep. Big Daddy bathed the kids and put them into bed while I napped. I don’t have the perfect husband (who does – LOL), but sometimes he can be a true sweetheart.
